1. Overview

LinkMow is a marketplace that connects property owners ("Customers") with independent lawn care providers ("Companies"). LinkMow is not a lawn care provider and does not perform the services listed on the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkMow.

3. Payments & fees

Payments are processed by Stripe. LinkMow charges a platform fee on completed jobs, disclosed before you accept a quote. Nothing is charged when a quote is accepted: payment is due when the work is marked complete, and is paid out to the provider (and any subcontractor) minus the platform fee.

4. Provider responsibilities

Companies are independent contractors, not employees or agents of LinkMow. Companies are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, taxes, equipment, and the quality of their work.

5. Cancellations & disputes

Customers may cancel a job free of charge any time before the work is completed — nothing is charged until then. Disputes about completed work should first be raised with the provider via in-app messaging. LinkMow may mediate but is not liable for the outcome of any job.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use LinkMow for unlawful purposes, to circumvent platform fees, or to harass other users.

7. Limitation of liability

LinkMow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkMow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services booked through it.
