About LinkMow

LinkMow is the easiest way to get your lawn done. Homeowners and businesses post a job with a few photos; trusted local lawn care companies send quotes; you chat, book, and pay securely in one place. For companies, it's a steady stream of local work — plus a way to hand off overflow jobs to other pros and still earn.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to post a job?

Posting and browsing are free, and accepting a quote costs nothing — you pay once the job is done. A small service fee (5%, minimum $1.50) is added to the final bill, shown before you pay. Companies pay a separate 5% payout fee, cut to 2.5% for Pro companies.

How do I get paid as a company?

Connect a Stripe account in your dashboard. When you mark a job complete the customer is billed in the app, and your payout is transferred the moment they pay.

What is Instant Book?

Some companies set a flat mowing price on their profile. If you see an Instant Book price, you can book them in one tap at that price — no posting a job or waiting for quotes.

Can I set up recurring service?

Yes — choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly when posting. When a recurring job is completed, the next visit is auto-booked with the same company. Turn on autopay and each finished visit is charged to your saved card automatically — no tapping Pay every week.

I run a company — can I bring my existing clients?

Yes — and it pays to do it early: every client who joins through your invite links in your first month on LinkMow is fee-free for life (we never take a company fee on their jobs). Create invite links from your dashboard, one at a time or your whole client list at once. Your clients join at your price with no bidding, and get in-app scheduling, chat, and payment.

Can my crew members use the app?

Yes — invite them from the Crew page. Each crew member gets their own login showing the day's route, gate codes, and property notes — while quotes, clients, and payouts stay in the owner's hands. Owners can optionally let crews mark jobs complete right from the field.

How are companies vetted?

Customers leave ratings and reviews after each job, and companies can earn a Verified badge. Always review a company's profile before accepting.

Is my payment safe?

Payments are processed by Stripe, and you don't pay a thing until the work is done — you're only billed after the company marks the job complete.
