Account details (name, email, phone, location), content you post (job photos, descriptions, messages, reviews), property details you save (address, access notes), and usage data. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never store your full card number. If you enable autopay, your card is saved securely with Stripe and only a reference to it is kept on our side.
To operate the marketplace: matching jobs with providers, enabling messaging and payments, showing jobs near you, sending notifications, and improving the service.
With your permission, we use your device location to show nearby jobs and tag the location of a job you post. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
We share information only as needed to provide the service — for example, a job's details with companies who can quote on it, or payment data with Stripe. Property access notes (like gate codes) are shown only to the company working your job, never to other users. We do not sell your data.
You can edit your profile information — and permanently delete your account — any time in Settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data (name, contact details, photos, saved addresses and cards, messages). Records of completed jobs and payments are retained in anonymized form, with your identifying details removed, for the other party's bookkeeping and tax purposes. Push notifications can be turned off in your device settings.
